Hello Jason,
I don't reproduce the issue against master (and even on the 3.14.x branch).
On the inventory tools page (tools/inventory.pl), I filled the "Barcode file"
with a barcodes file, I clicked on submit and I did not get any error.
Could you try to reproduce on a sandbox please?
