I apply against 3.15.00.026.

In "Authorized values" of Administration module, I add a "New category", whose
name is (newcat-mu):
newcat-μ

1) ERROR:
Soon after I save it, 3 greek chars are shown badly here:
"New authorized values for newcat-μ:"
"Authorized values for category newcat-μ:"
"There are no authorized values defined for newcat-μ"

The current URL is bad too:
http://192.168.40.128:8080/cgi-bin/koha/admin/authorised_values.pl?searchfield=newcat-μ&offset=0

2) OK:
The new category has been added to the list "Show category". Its name is shown
OK.
Now I select the new category "newcat-μ" inside this list, and I select "Show
category".
Koha answers with a page where all the 5 occurrences of newcat-μ are shown OK.

So I pass to Failed QA status.
