Regarding problem described in comment #13 (this issue is not yet fixed in
current version): it seems to be caused by / related to '|url' TT filter usage.
In OPAC prog theme facets links are not affected; difference being that
includes/opac-facets.inc in prog is using (a lot of) |html instead of |url.

Problems with sorting criteria change/link not working are occurring in OPAC
bootstrap & prog themes and in the staff searches too. Probably the same
underlying cause.
