Checking out a book with a hold for another patron

Item X is on the shelf, but also on hold for Patron A. Patron B finds it on the
shelf and takes it to the checkout desk. The librarian is given the option to
check the book out to Patron B or not, and optionally to delete the hold for
Patron A.
