With the new patch series, holds for other patrons are cancelled/deleted when a
book is checked out with batch checkout. This is the opposite behaviour of the
"normal" checkout (see attachment 26833 and comment 26). 

I think the default has to be to keep the holds, but possibly with an *option*
to delete them, like in the "normal" checkout. Marking as "failed QA". 

Jonathan: Can you try and explain why you think the holds should be deleted? I
hope we can resolve this quickly, I'd love to see this in 3.16!
