This should be fixed by patch "Bug 11944: Authentication"

It seems I managed to fix that in patch "Bug 11944: Facets and resort".
But I'm not really sure...

Last patch set fix some problems in previous patches: 
  Encode::decode does not work on MARC::Record (of course!)
  Encode::decode returns the decoded value (and does not modify the variable
passed in parameter).

I don't reproduce the "importing" error any longer, it seems fixed.
