In ACQ, I create a fund whose name is "fund1 μμμ" for a budget.
I order a biblio, and I receive the order.
In the "Receipt summary", in the table of the "Already received", I see:
1.A) in the 8-th column "Fund", the name of the fund with the right chars;
1.B) in the 7-th column "Quantity", at the "Subtotal for", the name of the fund
with bad chars:
"Subtotal for fund1 μμμ".

So I pass the status to "Failed QA".
