Katrin,
the last patch i propose is obsolete. A lot of things have changed in master
since I have attached this patch.
If some institutions don't count the tax into their fund, perhaps 2 new
information in aqbooksellers : "tax of listprice included in fund" and "tax of
unit price included in fund" (with better wording)

b.I will change of method. But this is already true in master. Prices have been
changed in the storage since last year I think.
