Bug 5739 - Show the barcode of the waiting item on the circulation page

To test:

1. place a hold for a borrower
2. mark the hold waiting for that borrower
3. view that borrower's circulation page
4. without the patch, no barcode will be displayed under "hold waiting for..."
With it, the barcode will be linked to the item.
