Similar to http://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=9668, we
get an error in z3950_search.pl when we click on the card link in 3.12.  It
produces the following software error:

:241: parser error : PCDATA invalid Char value 28
    <subfield code="h"></subfield>
