This patch does not deal with DOM indexing.
In the biblio-koha-indexdefs.xml/biblio-zebra-indexdefs.xsl files that govern
dom indexing (compare them with record.abs for grs1), I see
Date/time-last-modified. I think it would be consistent to use the same
fieldname here too.
