Bug 9593 Prices not imported correctly from a staged file

Well, prices string like '$9.99 USD' are now treated correctly.
When neither currency symbol nor isocode is found like '18.95 (U.S.)', the
first price is picked as done in previous routine.
I included new test strings in MungeMarcPrice.t.
