1) About sending (=Envoyer) Basket/Cart:
Basket/Cart is sent OK:
- either on intranet or on OPAC, 
- with over-255 chars either in the content of the mail (i.e. Commentaire) or
in the content of the attached file (i.e. biblios titles), 
- by English, by French and by Italian

But:
the French message for cart shows bad chars:
Bonjour,
   113 vous a envoy� un panier de r�f�rences extraites de notre
   catalogue.
   Notez que le fichier attach� est un fichier MARC, qui peut �tre
   import� dans un logiciel de gestion de bibliographie tel que EndNote,
   Reference Manager ou ProCite.
the Italian message for cart shows bad chars:
Ciao,
   113 ti ha inviato un carrello dal nostro catalogo online.
   Il file in allegato � fatto di record MARC che possono essere
   importati in un software bibliografico come EndNote, Reference
   Manager, ProCite, ecc.

on OPAC, list is sent OK:
- with over-255 chars either in the content of the mail (i.e. Commentaire) or
in the content of the attached file (i.e. biblios titles), 
- by English, by French and by Italian.

On intranet: 
-- French doesn't send any list [with or without over-255 chars (in biblios
titles and in the list name)];
-- Italian doesn't send any list [with or without over-255 chars (in biblios
titles and in the list name)]; [i.e. Italian same as French]
-- English sends the list [with or without over-255 chars (in biblios titles
and in the list name)]; the attached file is ok, while the content of the mail
shows bad chars over-127 (biblionumber 1 in sand box 17:
