at the code and I think id should be importid in the link?

Works for me, while 
http://localhost:8080/cgi-bin/koha/catalogue/showmarc.pl?viewas=card&id=651
shows the wrong record.

And you are right about the discount, for usability it's better like it is now.
What about adding a 'grey' note behind the field? 'If empty, discount rate from
vendor will be used'? (or maybe we can think of something shorter)

Can you check my solution from above? 

It's too late now for doing acquisitions... I will come back to this tomorrow
