I agree with Katrin on this. 

I would suggest limited_item_edition => edit_items_restricted so that it stays
right near edit_items on the permissions screen.

I would also suggest items_limited_batchmod = item_batchmod_restricted in case
item_batchmod becomes a permission, which I'm sure it will in the future.
