I see the same behaviour that Jonathan noted - I checked out an item to an
account with previous checkouts. The new checkout shows with the Previous
checkouts, instead of in its own section.

This is still the case after reloading the page.

I found there are 2 preferences that should influence the sequence in which the
issues are displayed here: todaysIssuesDefaultSortOrder, 
previousIssuesDefaultSortOrder - it seems like the page is not loading with the
configured default order.
The checked out on date doesn't follow the dateformat preference.
