Just 2 notes about this, leaving final QA to Kyle:

- I think the note on the currency page is misplaced. It would be better using
a diferent styling (similar to other hints) below the table. 
- I am a bit torn about adding a new column for ISO code. The sample Koha
currencies already have the ISO code as code and the overdue_notices.pl that
prints the fine into the notices also assumes code to be the ISO code. Maybe we
should just enforce the code to be the ISO code a bit more?
