Tried it with a larger marc file, and some things really went wrong.

It went straight to 100%, then to 0%, now it's sitting there doing nothing.

There is:

DBD::mysql::st fetchrow_array failed: fetch() without execute() at
/usr/share/perl5/CGI/Session/Driver/DBI.pm line 74.
 at /mnt/catalyst/koha/tools/upload-file.pl line 85

and

DBD::mysql::st execute failed: MySQL server has gone away at
/usr/share/perl5/CGI/Session/Driver/DBI.pm line 72.
DBD::mysql::st execute failed: MySQL server has gone away at
/usr/share/perl5/CGI/Session/Driver/DBI.pm line 72.

along with some other 500 errors in there.
