Manually ran updatedatabase.pl which worked, so I was able to add an external
search target. Yay!

When I tried searching in the OPAC, nothing happened, which is good, since I
haven't set up pazpar2 yet.

I'll have to set up pazpar2 on another dev setup when I have a chance...
