Changed from one patch to a patch series, to make clear what is changed on each
one.

In my opinion the only table that is useful is language_rfc4646_to_iso639,
and it need to be completed.

Two more things are needed: a serious cleaning of Languages.pm, and the
removing of useless data from database and sql files.

Just to remember, the purpose of this is to enable an easy translation of
language descriptions :)
