The new system preference (AllowStaffToSetRelativesCheckoutsVisibility) will
allow to disallow staff to change the relative's checkouts sharing in OPAC. I
like that, but I still see a problem with the reading history and the
relative's checkout being tied together. If you allow one, you HAVE to allow
the other - but both are quite different features. I think both can be on the
same page, but you should be able to configure both separately.
