Problems to test: Bug 9016 gives merge errors, 
also on updatedatbase.pl (this patch),
don't we need
if ( CheckVersion($DBversion) ) {
instead of
if ( C4::Context->preference("Version") < TransformToNum($DBversion) ) {
?
