Rebased again..

It's only a db change that is causing this conflict every time.. and said db
change is backed out in a later patch in the series anyway. (It's only for
attribution for Matthias that it's still there at all).

I have however got a tracking github branch which I've suggested people use for
testing.. this branch is re-based nightly against master.

As for testing.. give me a shout if you need any help with the config.. it's
the config outside of koha which is hardest to setup.
