When you add [[Category:3.16]] to some page, that page displays a link to the
new "3.16" category page. If you add [[Category:Koha Versions]] to *that* page,
the 3.16 category becomes a sub-category to the "Koha Versions" category. Looks
like Liz figured that out for herself, though. :-)
