The really long [% USE Koha %] patch is obsoleted. It should be [%- USE Koha
-%] to avoid spacing issues. But don't put that change in this bug. :)

However, this patch does apply, if you have merged the latest changes including
Bug 10212. I'm changing this to 'Needs Sign Off'.
