Hi, patch applies and works.

One question: From it's documentation, HTML::HTMLDoc does no support UTF8 :)

Tested editing DISCHARGE letter and adding some diacritics, 
For áéíóúñÑ äà I got áéÃ−óúñà äà on PDF

We need 11944...
