Super quick look:
1/ TableTool: Could you explain what is the goal of this plugin (I just have
seen a (+) with a 'print receipt' button)? All the files included are needed
(html?)

2/ It seems that some tests are missing (AddIssue and AddReturn for instance)

3/ Is this patch set introduced changes compared to master or it's just a
rewrite?

4/ What's the interest of splitting pl in 2 files (*_go.pl)? I am really not
sure it's useful.

(The updatedatabase.pl changes are not at the right place (not at the end))
