I think we agreed after some benchmarking not so use Moose, while Moo seemed to
be ok. A problem is, that both are currently not dependencies in Koha and will
have to be dealt with for the packaging. 
As this is an architecture patch, I think it might be worth getting Tomás'
opinion and/or adding it to the next dev meeting's agenda.
