I am not sure, but I think as we introduced it as a free text field people
might have left unstructured comments and could end up with quite a long list
for the authorized value - which might also not very welcome.

Maybe put the SQL for the update on the wiki and leave as is? 
I would make the value show up in the list of authorized values but leave it
empty I think.
