To test:
- Log into Koha
- Go to the circulation module
- search for a patron in the database
- perl error is shown :(

Bad arg length for Socket::pack_sockaddr_in, length is 0, should be 4 at
/usr/lib/perl5/Socket.pm line 809

This is a 3.18.1 package installation.
