Is this re-write meant to deprecate the 'accountlines' table?  If so, there are
still a few references to it that I can see... and the table is still present
after the updatedb run:

1) C4/Reports/Guided.pm
2) C4/Overdues.pm
3) offline_circ/download.pl

And a few tests ;)

1) /db_dependent/Circulation_Branch.t
2) /db_dependent/Members.t
3) /db_dependent/Circulation_issue.t
