I hope we can keep the existing UI for Leader, Marc 007 and 008 fields. 
Improvement to everything else will be excellent.  While we at it, it will be
nice that we could have some kind of indicator (i.e. green tick, green entry
text, or similar) next to fields that have validated again an authority, a red
cross for those that still need to be have authority validated.
