We are/have been discussing deleting acquisition information on several reports
now. The constraint on itemnumber in aqorders_items did not reach consensus
(bug 11617). Please note also bug 8991. I think we should move the old
completed baskets (with orders) to an archive table and offer the possibility
to delete that too. What do you think?

With respect to the angle of this report, I think it is somewhat strange to
delete biblio and item records but leave an order (read: order line) in
cancelled status with a Deleted bibliographic record, can't find title-line.
There is much more information on a biblio record and we do not hesitate to
delete it (with a copy in deletedbiblio) but we keep a deleted order (line)
without title.

Do we need some more community consensus on how to move such things further in
Acquistion before deciding on several individual patches?
