Hmm. We have an open question from MJ, going back to January 9.
The patch depends on something that is in status NEW and on another patch that
is breaking records for being in PQA (seeing why now..) No strict dependency..
The 9856 dependency does actually not contain any code.

Since the previous comment looks like a "Failed QA", I would like to ask
Dobrica or Kyle to respond now.
Changing status in the meantime.
