Show "Claimed" serials on the OPAC.

This patch simply shows claimed serials in the OPAC detailed view.

To test it, create a serial subscription and "claim" an item. Then, check the
biblio record on the OPAC. The claimed item should be shown as "Claimed" in the
Subscription tab.
