Bug 8962: Marc21 biblios (DOM)

This followup adds DOM support (MARC21) to this patch series. The
same set of fields are indexed in the 'Any' index as were chosen
by Mathieu Saby for GRS-1 setups. An 'Anywhere' index was also
added to maintain backward compatability as per Mathieu's patches.

Test Plan: As for GRS-1, but with DOM enabled as aposed to GRS-1
