Add the "Call number fields" column to the Z39.50 search results.

This patch adds a "Call number fields" columns to the Z39.50 biblio search
results page.

Since we only use MARC21 record on our instances, other types of records are
not supported in this patch. Could someone with UNIMARC and NORMARC knowledge
improve this patch to support all types of records?
