I apply the patch against master 3.15.00.012.

Adding a new subscription, after saving, the marc additional field is not
automatically filled with the specified marc field of the notice.
On the contrary, the values of category additional fields appear in new columns
of the table.
The values of the marc fields appear only once the subscription has been
modified.

I shall not work on bugzilla in the next weeks.

So I pass the patch to "Failed QA" status.
