The bug you encountered seems to be an indexation problem.
If the zebra index wasn't rebuild between the authority creation and the
linkage attempt, the new authority record won't be found by the linker.

On our instances we use a deamon which automatically rebuilds the Zebra index
when a new record is added to the queue.

Could anyone test this feature again and rebuild the zebra index once the new
authority is added?

Also, the automatic linking should work on existing authorities that were
already indexed.
