Hum, I did not have the zebra_bib_index_mode defined.
In your patch, in C4::Search the test is done on zebra_bib_index_mode eq 'dom'
but in C4::Context it is done on 'grs1'.
I think it should be done every where on 'dom'. That way, if the value does not
exist, we assume it is a dom instance.
