[SAMPLE XSLT; DO NOT PUSH] Bug 6536: Two simple test XSLT files

You could use Add901.xsl or Set003ABC.xsl in field add_xslt of table
z3950servers when testing this report.
Set003ABC will change field 003 into ABC.
And Add901 adds a tag 901.
