I tried to vote on http://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=569
and received the following internal error ... maybe my account isn't allowed to
vote, I'm not sure (I just created it a couple days ago), but presumably this
error shouldn't happen anyway.  Although the error page says to mail it to
chris at ..., I somehow suspected reporting it this way would be preferable.
