On the circulation page (https://xxxx/cgi-bin/koha/circ/circulation-home.pl),
there is a link to get a desktop application for the offline circulation
client. 

This link
(http://kylehall.info/index.php/projects/koha/koha-offline-circulation/) does
not work, and should either be fixed or removed from the page.
