I've applied against master 3.17.00.007

At 6-th step:
6/ Your name should appear in front of "Created by" label, to the right
of the page.

an error occurs, because, on the "Accounting details" page on the right, under
"Fund" label, in front of "Created by" label I've seen:

 Created by: No name 

The error appears when the pref "AcqCreateItem" is either "placing an order" or
"receiving an order".

So I pass the patch to "Failed QA" status.

Note-1. Perhaps there is an error on master. On Comment 1 :
>On acqui/orderreceive.pl it replace the name of basket's creator
on master I don't see the name of basket's creator On acqui/orderreceive.pl. On
the contrary I see:
 Created by: No name
Note-2. On parcel.pl, The "View record" column is either in the "Pending
orders" upper table, or in the "Already received" lower one.
