Bug 9321 - holds queue printable version

It would be nice if there were a printable stylesheet for the holds
queue.  Right now it's a print screen basically and that means that the
table doesn't always fit on the page.

Test plan:
1) Browse to the holds queue
2) Print preview the page
3) Note it does not print well
4) Apply this patch
5) Refresh the page
6) Print preview the page again
7) Note the improvement in printability
