3) I think it would be nice if there was a bit more padding between the 'Select
all' 'Unselect all' links in staff and OPAC - but that's just a note, not a
blocker.


4) I also have problems with the select/unselect links in the search history in
staff, they are not working and reporting an error:

TypeError: $(...).unCheckCheckboxes is not a function
$(form).unCheckCheckboxes();


Overall this looks good! I think we are pretty close.
