[SIGNED-OFF] Bug 12462: Fix some POD errors

Bug 12041 made xt/author/podcorrectness.t consider files in the 'Koha'
namespace.
Some of them where failing. This patch fixes some of those POD problems.

1) run prove xt/author/podcorrectness.t
it fails
2) apply patch
3) run again, now it's ok
