Bug 12086: qa-followup: remove warning on launching unit tests

Without this patch, the following warning appears:
  t/db_dependent/Holds/RevertWaitingStatus.t .. Subroutine
  C4::Context::userenv redefined at
  t/db_dependent/Holds/RevertWaitingStatus.t line 25.
