* Change AllowStaffToSetRelativesCheckoutsVisibility to
AllowStaffToSetCheckoutsVisibilityForGuarantor
* Change AllowPatronToSetRelativesCheckoutsVisibility to
AllowPatronToSetCheckoutsVisibilityForGuarantor
* Change borrowers field privacy_relative_checkouts to
privacy_guarantor_checkouts
