I failed due to results in ccsr and prog themes.  I know these themes are being
phased out, but as long as these themes remain it use and are accessible, I
think they all need to be addressed.

I am also failing because the setting shows in "my privacy" opac-privacy.pl and
"my personal details" opac-memberentry.pl under ccsr and prog whether setting
is on or off.

I still think the tabs in all three themes should read "Guarantees' checkouts"
rather than "Relatives' checkouts".

Thanks for addressing the terminology issues that you have so far.  :)

I know you are still working on some stuff, so I am replying specifically to
what you have done so far.
